Better sell-side service through electronification

Published on 8 July 2021

Pontus ErikssonAite Group‘s Spencer Mindlin and Stifel Europe‘s Paul Makepeace discuss the ability for dealers to improve their service to buy-side clients through several key factors.

The first is the electronification of trading and execution performance, which supports a feedback loop to optimise outcomes. Underpinning all of this is the engagement with new technologies, in order to evolve the sales and trading function into a leaner and more flexible operation.

Our other interviews in this series include the ability to manage both high and low touch trading with minimal disruption or manual intervention, and the capacity to trade complex products efficiently.
